Frequently Asked
Questions
Everything you need to know about our monthly plans and one-time custom builds for service businesses.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Send a message through the contact form or book a quick call. We’ll talk through what your business does, what the site needs to accomplish, and which plan fits. If it makes sense, you sign the agreement, we kick off design, and your site goes live in a few weeks.
Who is this for?
Service businesses that need a real, custom website plus ongoing dev and SEO support. Dental practices, med spas, legal firms, home service operators, and other professional services. If you’re looking for a cheap template, we’re probably not the right fit.
Where are you based?
Queen Creek, Arizona. Owner-operated, no agency middlemen. We work with service businesses across the East Valley and all over the country.
Pricing & Contract
What does it cost?
Three monthly plans: Essential at $1,495, Growth at $2,995, and Scale at $4,995. Each tier scales with the size of the build, depth of SEO, and how much active dev work you need. Prefer a one-time build instead? Custom builds start at $5,000, quoted by scope. Full details on the pricing page.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime with thirty days notice. No 12-month lock, no early termination fees. We earn the next month every month.
Which plan is right for me?
Essential fits a focused 5-page site with steady maintenance and basic SEO. Growth covers a fuller site (10 to 15 pages with service and location pages), priority dev queue, and monthly strategy. Scale is for multi-location or multi-service operators that need active development, integrations, and content production. If you’re not sure, book a call and we’ll tell you straight.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If we can’t land on a design you love before launch, you get a full refund of anything paid and walk away with no further obligation. Once the site goes live, the standard monthly terms kick in.
How do I pay?
Credit or debit card via Stripe. Billed automatically each month after the first payment is processed.
Can I buy a site outright instead?
Yes. Custom one-time builds start at $5,000 and are quoted by scope. You own the code, host where you want, and can add a $250/mo maintenance plan after delivery if you want ongoing edits and uptime support.
What's Included
How many pages do I get?
Up to 5 pages on Essential, 10 to 15 on Growth, and 20 plus on Scale. Need more? Extra pages can be added during the build, or scope up to the next tier.
What does "ongoing dev and edits" mean?
Content updates, image swaps, new sections, hour changes, new service pages, integration tweaks, conversion experiments. Send a message and it gets worked into the queue. Bigger changes (new feature, major redesign) get an honest timeline up front.
Is hosting included?
Yes on all monthly plans. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, and uptime monitoring are bundled in. You keep your own domain.
What about SEO?
Every site gets a local SEO foundation built in: clean code, fast load times, schema markup, optimized meta tags, sitemap, and Google Business Profile help. Growth adds a monthly SEO review program. Scale adds monthly content production (blog posts or new service pages).
Do you handle integrations?
Yes. Booking tools, CRMs, payment, AI receptionist, custom forms, lead routing. Basic integrations included on all plans; advanced integrations and custom features come standard on Scale.
Do you design the logo too?
Not by default. If you have a logo, great. If you need one, we can handle it as an add-on or point you toward someone who specializes in branding.
Process & Timeline
How long until my site is live?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks for Essential, 4 to 8 weeks for Growth, and 6 to 12 weeks for Scale, depending on how fast we get content and feedback. Simple sites go faster. We don’t drag builds out.
Who will I be working with?
Drew. That’s it. No account managers, no junior dev handoffs, no overseas subcontractors. You talk directly to the person building and maintaining your site.
How do we communicate?
Text, email, or phone. No ticket systems, no required logins, no portals. If it’s urgent, text. If it’s a longer ask, email.
How fast are edits turned around?
Most content edits are done within 1 to 2 business days on Essential, 24 hours on Growth, and same-day on Scale for urgent items. Bigger changes get an honest timeline up front.
Ownership & Cancellation
Who owns the site?
On monthly plans, we own the underlying code during the active subscription and you’re licensed to use it for your business. You always own your content (text, images, logos). On a one-time custom build, you own the code outright.
What if I want to leave the monthly plan?
Thirty days notice and you walk. No early termination fees. If you want to take the code with you, the buyout is a one-time $500 transfer fee.
Does my monthly rate go up over time?
No. Your rate stays at the tier you signed up for. No auto-renewals at a higher price, no sneaky hikes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down between Essential, Growth, and Scale as your needs change. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Technical
What is the site built with?
Every site is hand-coded with Next.js and React, the same modern stack behind Nike, TikTok, and Hulu. No WordPress, no Wix, no Squarespace, no page builders. That’s why our sites load in under a second while most small business sites take 5 to 10.
Will my site work on mobile?
Every site is built mobile first. Most of your customers are searching on their phones, so the mobile experience gets just as much attention as desktop, sometimes more.
Can I edit the site myself?
Custom-coded sites don’t have a WordPress dashboard. But that’s the point of ongoing edits: you don’t need to. Send a message, we handle it. No learning a CMS, no breaking your site with a bad plugin update.
What if my site goes down?
Our hosting (Vercel) runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.99% uptime. If anything does go wrong, you’re not opening a ticket with some hosting company’s support queue. You’re texting the person who built it.
