SMS Messaging Service
How the Service Works
Devario provides automated missed-call text-back services for local businesses. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, our system automatically sends an SMS message to the caller on behalf of that business. The purpose of this message is to acknowledge the missed call and provide the caller with a way to connect with the business (such as a booking link or reply option). A single follow-up message may be sent if the caller does not respond to the initial message.
Consent
By placing a phone call to a business that uses our missed-call text-back service, callers consent to receive a limited number of automated text messages related to their call. This consent is implied through the act of calling the business. Callers are not added to any marketing lists and will only receive messages directly related to their missed call. Messages will not exceed two (2) automated texts per missed call event. Callers will not receive duplicate messages if they call the same business multiple times within a 24-hour period.
Opting Out
Recipients of SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once a STOP request is received, no further messages will be sent to that phone number. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP to receive support contact information. You may also contact us directly at drew@devario.dev or (480) 466-0152 to request removal.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Callers will receive a maximum of two (2) automated messages per missed call event: one initial follow-up and one scheduled follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Devario is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier for receiving text messages.
